- We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and next-day shipping for eligible orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day.
2. Processing Times:
- Supplies and Spare Parts: Orders for supplies and spare parts received before 2 PM Eastern Time (ET) are shipped the same business day to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day.
- Equipment (e.g., Printers, Dryers, Heat Presses): Due to the nature of our equipment, orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please allow this additional time for handling.
3. Domestic Shipping Only:
- Currently, Fast DTF Supply does not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within the United States to better focus on providing the best domestic service possible.
4. Special Handling for Oversized Items:
- Equipment such as printers are considered oversized items. We take extra care in handling these products. Please use a pallet jack or forklift for moving these oversized pallets to ensure your safety and the safety of the equipment.
